Lenovo Z2 Plus
ZUK is a brand of Lenovo that offers premium quality mobile phones at a budget price. ZUK Z1 was successful in its home country. So they announced ZUK Z2. But in India they named the phone under Lenovo brand as Lenovo Z2 Plus. The phone has a 5 inch full HD LTPS IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with 70.6 percent screen to body ratio. With a pixel density is 441ppi, the display is sharp. The phone has a dual sim compatibility.
The user interface on Lenovo Z2 plus looks close to stock android. It runs on android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box and can be upgraded to Android 7.0 Nougat.
The phone is powered by 2015 flagship processor Snapdragon 820 which is a quad core processor with 2* 2.15 GHz Kryo cores. It can smoothly handle anything you throw at it. It comes with 64GB of memory and 4GB of RAM.
The phone has a 13 MP camera with electronic image stabilisation (ETS), that can give smooth hand held video footage.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 4
Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 is the successor to India’s most sold phone of 2016, Redmi Note 3. With this phone the company has tried to address most of the issues found on their Redmi Note 3. The display resolution remains the same at full HD,1080p, but it is tad brighter now, the bezels have become a bit narrow, there is a diamond cutting at the sides and the back is covered with a polished metal that gives it a premium look. It features a 13MP primary camera which is capable of taking good shots even in lowlight conditions and at the front it has a 5MP camera for selfies. The quality you get is good enough for social media sharing.
The price of the phone starts from INR 9999 for the 32 GB2GB RAM. There is a 4100 mAh battery that can give you two days long battery life.
Moto G5 plus
Earlier the Moto G series was sporting polycarbonate body but the Moto G5 plus has a metal unibody design which is a welcome feature. Moto G 5 Plus features a 5.2 inch full HD IPS display with 424ppi which means the display is great for video content and is sharp. It has 67.1 percentage screen to body ratio which means the bezels are a bit thicker. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
The phone runs on the newest android operating system that is Android 7.0 Nougat. You can expect timely updates from Moto. The phone runs on Snapdragon 625 processor which is power efficient and can manage almost all the day-to-day tasks you throw at it. The GPU is Adreno 506.
Like Moto G4 Plus, there is a microSD card slot where you can insert a memory card with a memory up to 256GB. It comes with 2GB/32GB, 3GB/32GB and 4GB/64GB options.
The camera department is where the Moto G5 Plus shines. It has a 12 MP f/1.7 autofocus camera with a dual LED with which you can capture good photos even in low light conditions. The image quality is good. There is a 5MP front camera which is decent. The device is backed by a 3000mAh battery.
Coolpad Cool 1 Dual
In 2016 LeEco acquired Coolpad and the Cool1 is their first joint production. Coolpad Cool1 features a metal body that looks stylish. It has a 5.5 inch 1080p full HD IPS LCD display and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with the LeEco’s EUI 5.6 on top of it.
Coolpad Cool1 offers the most powerful chipset for the price, the snapdragon 652 backed with Adreno 510 GPU. Multitasking is a breeze in Coolpad Cool1. The phone is fast and very responsive. It comes with a 3GB/4GB RAM with 32GB ROM and 4GB RAM with 64GB ROM variants.
The phone has a dual 13 MP camera at the back, with PDAF and dual LED dual tone flash. The image quality from the primary camera is not so great. The camera competes well with its competitors. It houses an 8MP selfie camera at the front that can take some detailed selfies.

Smartron SRT Phone
Smartron is an Indian company that released their first phone in 2016. In 2017 they are back with the Smartron SRT Phone. The company says that the phone is inspired by the legendary cricketer, Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar.
Coming to the phone, it features a 5.5 full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The display is sharp with good viewing angles and good brightness levels. The phone is made of plastic but feels sturdy in hands.
SRT phone runs on Snapdragon 652 processor with Android 7.0. It can handle the heaviest tasks smoothly. The phone comes with a 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage that should be enough for regular usage.
In the camera department, there is a 13 MP primary camera with dual LED flash. We felt that the image quality could have been better. For selfies, there is a 5MP front camera.
The phone comes with a USB type C port and quick charge 2.0. The battery is 3000mAh that should give you a day long charge with moderate usage. If camera is not your main concern, the SRT phone can be a good option for you.
Nokia has released its 3 phones in India, namely, Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6. If we are going specification-wise, then we cannot include Nokia in this list. However, the kind of brand loyalty and popularity that Nokia has managed to acquire during its days gets it a place on this list.
Nokia 6 has a 5.5 inch 1080p IPS LCD display. The display looks sharp and colours are pleasing to the eyes. There is a Corning Gorilla Glass protection.
The advantage for Nokia 6 over its competitors is that it comes with Android 7.1.1 out of the box which means you are getting an up-to-date operating system. Nokia has promised that it would give its future phones new updates.
Apart from that the Nokia 6 is powered by Snapdragon 430 chipset backed by Adreno 505. Nokia 6 comes with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage and there is a micro SD card slot to expand the memory upto 128GB. The device sports a finger print sensor below the display.
It comes with a 16MP, f/2.0 aperture camera with face detection autofocus and dual LED flash. The camera is decent. There is an 8MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture. It captures good selfies.
